Home workout escalates !!!
In these difficult times it is often difficult to motivate yourself to exercise. I thought to myself, I would just combine the unpleasant with the pleasant. So I unpacked my love balls again and trained with them and it was … way too cool! The whole thing also had a wet and happy end but see for yourself =)
